How Our Process Works

Step 1

Complete the form and upload four standing photos.

Step 2

Record a squat with your arms overhead. Upload two screenshots: standing and at the bottom of the squat.

Step 3

Submit your form, then book your free review call lasting 15 minutes.

Step 4

We'll identify key findings, movement compensations, and potential areas for improvement.

Step 5

A member of our team will carefully review your posture and movement patterns and inform you of the next step

Static Posture Assessment Instructions

Please submit four standing photos:

Front View

Stand naturally facing the camera.
Feet shoulder-width apart
Arms relaxed
Full body visible
Camera positioned approximately waist height

Back View

Stand naturally with your back facing the camera.
Keep hair tied up if necessary
Ensure shoulders, hips, knees, and feet are visible

Left Side View

Stand sideways to the camera.
Keep posture relaxed
Move the arm closest to the camera slightly behind you if needed to expose the torso

Right Side View

Repeat the same setup from the opposite side.
