Fitness and Wellness Expert

David Corrie Jr.

David is a dedicated fitness and wellness professional with over 10 years in the industry. He specializes in functional movement, strength development, and mobility, helping clients move better, perform better, and stay injury-free. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California State University, East Bay and brings and advanced, hands-on approach to his work through his certifications as a Level 2 practitioner in Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) and a Level 1 practitioner in Neuro Kinetic Therapy (NKT).

Coach and Sports Nutrition Specialist

Zaki Azizi

Zaki is a strength coach and sports nutrition specialist focused on building functional, rooted strength that translates beyond the gym. With over a decade of experience, he combines evidence-based training with real-world application to help clients build muscle, lose fat, and move with purpose. His approach is efficient, sustainable, and designed to support long-term health—without unnecessary restriction or wasted time. Zaki holds certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Sports Nutrition Specialist (SNS), and Precision Nutrition Coach (PN).

Chris Diaz

Chris is a Fitness coach that help people build strength, improve mobility, and move pain-free through personalized training and corrective exercise along with assisted stretching. With a background in kinesiology and experience working one-on-one with clients, he focus on improving posture, movement quality, flexibility, and overall fitness. He also specialize in functional training, corrective exercise, postural rehabilitation, injury recovery, muscle development, weight loss, mobility, nutrition, and general fitness recovery. As an athlete himself, playing sports like soccer and football to skateboarding and boxing, he always had a passion for health and fitness. Now he get to share his passion with others and help them achieve their goals.
